Is it better to repair or replace an appliance?

To determine when it's best to repair the appliance or when it's recommended to buy a new one, Siemens Home Appliances service will recommend the best option after conducting an analysis. In cases where repair is not possible or cost-effective, purchasing a new appliance will be advised. If the faulty appliance is out of warranty and you ultimately purchase a new one, the amount paid for the technician's visit will be reimbursed.

Although Siemens' team makes the recommendation, the final decision will always be yours.

What spare parts are used for the repair?

For repairs, Siemens exclusively uses genuine brand spare parts, never copies or second-hand parts. This is made possible because Siemens stocks spare parts for appliances that are up to 15 years* old, demonstrating the brand's commitment. To ensure the technician is equipped with the original spare parts for your appliance, issues are analysed in advance by the technical team. This way, we guarantee the best results.

What is the cost of the repair?

If your Siemens appliance is still under the manufacturer's warranty, you won't have to pay anything for the repair – it's on the house!
